Distraction, lack of focus, and lack of energy all lead to decreased team performance. Participants will have an opportunity to work on team or project vision/goals. They will have an opportunity to identify and sketch out a rough plan and opportunities to make their team stronger. They will also learn a proven formula for rapid team goal achievement. A special interactive module on team creativity and team bonding through fun at work rounds out this workshop!
