4th Annual Alexandria Aces’ Extravaganza

The nationally renowned Alexandria Aces will be performing for the final time in Alexandria at AAHS for the boys’ basketball game vs Willmar.  Along with the Aces performing, the F-M Acro Team (have performed at many NBA All-star games), the Timberwolves’ Trampoline Dunk Team, the Wolves’ mascot–Crunch, and the Utah Jazz mascot–Bear will all be performing as well.  The doors open at 5:00 and the varsity game begins at 7:00, with entertainment throughout the game, and following.  The Alexandria Aces (kids, ages 5-12)  have performed their mind blowing basketball wizardry in front of over 5 million fans in their 30 years of existence, at hundreds of NBA and NCAA basketball games; and have been invited to perform at the White House and on “America’s Got Talent”. They have been named one of the top 5 acts in the NBA.  This is your last chance to see them as it is their final year.

About the presenter: Tom Copeland

Tom has been the nation’s leading trainer, author, and advocate for the business of family child care care since 1981.
He is a licensed attorney and have presented hundreds of business workshops for family child care providers across the country
From 1981 to 2009 he worked at Resources for Child Caring in Minnesota (now called Think Small), where he was director of Redleaf National Institute for 15 years.
He has written nine books on the business of family child care published by Redleaf Press, a division of Resources for Child Caring.

He was on the board of directors of First Children’s Finance, a non-profit organization providing low interest loans and consulting and technical assistance to help family child care providers succeed as a business. They operate in Minnesota, Iowa, Michigan, North and South Dakota, Kansas, Missouri, and Texas.

He graduated from Macalester College (BA) in 1972 and from William Mitchell College of Law (JD) in 1980.
